The Kate D-Light Owl-272 DL Backpack (Black) is designed to carry and protect a digital SLR camera with a 70-200mm lens attached, 2-6 extra lenses, personal gear and accessories. It is made of light, durable ripstop nylon with TST (Thermo Shield Technology) rib structure that provides protective zones for the camera where it will most likely be impacted by shock, vibration and interior Aeriform foam padding. There are 5 small and 2 large removable Aeriform interior dividers to customize the interior. The main camera compartment is designed to be accessed from the right side and a Pro digital SLR camera with up to a 70-200mm lens attached is positioned within for quick grip access. Access to the main compartment is also possible via the front pocket. The top personal effect section has access to a designated rear compartment that will hold a laptop computer with screen up to 15.4".A Lens Pillow that can to be used either as a lens support or camera body stabilizer is included. .
The Owl-272 DL Backpack has a large front pocket, a small zippered side pocket and a side zippered fold out mesh water bottle holder. There are tripod connecting straps which can be attached to the front of the backpack and a removable rain cover for protection in rough weather conditions. The EPH (Ergonomic Photo System) are designated connection tabs to enable interconnections with other Kata products. The pack is carried by a non-slip grip carry handle or an Aeriform foam padded harness backpack harness that is uniquely shaped to provide comfort and consists of a 3D soft molded foam back for comfort and ventilation, an adjustable sternum strap and a stabilizing waist strap with buckles. There are 2 specially designed connection loops for the optional Reflex E camera strap that is made to carry a digital SLR camera comfortably and take the camera load off the neck and an Insertrolley connection for optional wheel along transportation, when this is in use the harness simply tucks out of the way.
